Can we start while I am outside Oman?
Yes. We can arrange an online meeting to discuss your priorities, compare projects and prepare a shortlist before you travel. Share your preferred meeting time on WhatsApp.
Do you cover just these three locations?
No. I work on projects across Oman, with a particular focus on Sultan Haitham City, Al Mouj Muscat and Muscat Hills. Share the project or area you are considering, and we can review the available options.
What happens after I share my property brief?
We review your preferences and budget together, clarify any missing details and agree on the next step. The brief starts the conversation; it does not reserve a property.
Which languages can we use?
Consultations are available in Arabic and English. If you prefer another language, mention it in your brief so we can confirm whether interpretation can be arranged.
