What happens to your answers?
The buying brief uses your answers in this page to prepare a summary. It does not automatically submit the form to a server or email address, and does not save your name, budget or country in browser storage. Answers are cleared on leaving or refreshing the page, except for temporary page state the browser may retain in navigation history.
Payment calculator
Calculator figures are used within that page. They are not saved in browser storage or page links, or sent to analytics. After your explicit choice, they can be included in a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. Leaving fees blank excludes them from the calculation rather than establishing that none apply.
When you choose to get in touch
After you consent and select the WhatsApp button, a message opens with the details you chose to share. You decide whether to send it inside WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s policies apply to that service. A call request does not confirm an appointment.
Saved project choices
When you save a project, this browser keeps only its public project identifier in local storage, when available. You can save up to three projects and remove them using Clear my choices. Comparison links contain public project identifiers, without your name, budget or form answers.
Content links and enquiry sources
Post links may contain a platform name and content identifier. When available, session storage keeps these general campaign codes so your message can identify the source of the enquiry. It also keeps a general referral label, such as Google or LinkedIn, as you move between pages, without storing the full referring URL or search terms. Names, phone numbers and budgets are not put in campaign links.
Decision file and visit request
Your priorities, questions and visit date are used only inside the page. PDF generation and download take place on your device. You can explicitly include a payment calculation within the calculator page. A meeting message includes project names only; the visit request requires consent before preparing its details in WhatsApp. These tools do not confirm appointments.
Meeting and matching requests
The Start your request form is separate from the buying brief and calculator. After you consent and submit it, your contact details and chosen preferences are stored in the site database for Mohamed to follow up from the owner-only management area. They are not public or sent to analytics. The form does not send automatic messages or confirm an appointment or property availability. You can ask to stop follow-up, correct your information or delete it using the contact below. Temporary random request tokens and a short network fingerprint limit abuse; the raw network address is not stored in your request.
Downloads and external services
Copying and downloading take place on your device when you choose them. LinkedIn, official references and WhatsApp open third-party services governed by their own policies. Page fonts and images are served from the site’s own hosting. Interaction analytics preferences are described below. No advertising tags are installed. The hosting provider may process technical requests required to serve the site and manage access.

Interaction analytics and your choice
Google Analytics is currently inactive. When enabled, you can allow or decline interaction analytics. Your property brief answers are not submitted to an analytics service.
